The explosive first launch of Firefly’s Alpha rocket - One of four engines shut down early just after liftoff, resulting in a slower than nominal ascent and eventual loss of control of the vehicle as it hit Max Q. Range safety officers detonated the rocket using the flight termination system as a safety measure.
